I've only been logging in and collecting magic stones lately, and I've seen a bunch of new cards like submarines and now flower fairies? I rolled and got hibiscus, but I'm not sure what kind of team to run with her... do I pair with another hibiscus, or what is a good leader to pair with her?

Budget subs for Phyllis?

So my alt rolled zero Hibiscus, zero Natsuru, and 2 Phyllis.

Nearly every JP YouTube video I found for Phyllis features subs I don't have (Dyer, Iroha, Sophie, GH Belial, Mayoi, GH Karin, GH Zeus, Narcis, etc.).

What are some of the best budget subs for Phyllis?

This is more of an open-ended question for myself and other non-IAP and light IAP players that roll Phyllis. I have Seina and Nautilus on my alt, so I doubt I'll run Phyllis often. She just seemed like a fun diversion.
