    Tsubotki updates & improvements post #8!

    Donations

    Once again, we're starting this post out by asking for donations - as we mentioned last time, currently our monthly Patreon is lower than server costs for December, and that is still the case.

    Tsubaki is a free service for everyone who uses her, but she costs money every month for us to host, and donations are our only way to pay for upkeep - we don't have the option to post ads even if we wanted to.     (When we are breaking even on donations and server costs I promise not to spam about this anymore at the start of every changelog!)

    New features

    You may have noticed a few more changes to ^id this cycle!

    • Monster types are now above awakenings
    • The SA questionmark is now shown before SAs, improving clarity
    • Weighted stats are no longer shown, we discussed this at length with the Tsubaki admin team and decided this was confusing for new players and not super relevant anymore - but you can still find it in the ^otherinfo screen if you're curious!
    • Killer latents are now shown using emojis from the new search interface in JP PAD! (We'll add the available new latents soonTM too, spinner clear etc)
    • Leader skill overview now includes +combo and autofua amount!!

    Additional improvements in ^id but not large interface changes:

    • Commas now show in autofua numbers - specifically nice for Aljae
    • Menuit's leader skill is now capitalized
    • Fodder exp for enhance type only is now included on the overview tab - try ^id rich gold dragon
    • On all mobile OSes, the headers for Active Skill and Leader skill are now bolded - previously this was not the case on iOS at least and maybe some others

    Improvements in lookup/search:

    • Previously some of the Monster Hunter ^id2 searches didn't work, specifically ^id2 gd equip Diablos and some of the other equip searches didn't work, because the equips changed name, e.g. that equip is called "Ivanus" - now they do! Yay!
    • Using ^search color(null) was broken before, and now works

    Other miscellaneous fixes/behind-the-scenes:

    • We (pretty much) finished the refactor of the part of the code that powers the ^id lookups! Yay! We spent a bit over a month on this, the code is a looooooooooot faster now and a lot better organized, and it's making a lot of things easier to do because we have better type hinting and stuff as a result.
    • ^remindme broke a couple times for a couple unrelated reasons, and we fixed it
    • We fixed an issue where built-in emojis didn't work in the ^grantrole cog - this isn't being used in Tsubaki but if you are using our cogs in other bots, yay!
    • Fixed a bug where ^guideto didn't work
    • Several updates in the pipeline code to stay current with PAD events and updates as new content is released

    Can’t do a multiplayer dungeon?

    Ok, really newbie question...but how on earth am I supposed to do a multiplayer? I've been trying for weeks to either join a match, auto-join a 3 player, or make a room/sharing all friends and have someone join, but it always times out and says "no players found." Am I just being dumb here? I need to do one for the achievement : /

    Have a bunch of the old school top cards, dark athena, hera dragon, shiva dragon, yomi dragon, you yu, myr, machine athena, machine hera many more

    What are the new metas? When should i roll for some good new cards? 300 stones.

    I can almost evo my shiva dragon to super reincarnated i think but everything else is a ways away.

    Used to love coop over discord, used to help set up all the liu bei dungeons.

    I need some of the equips from persona for shura realm which sucks since persona just came back a few months ago. My thoughts are that it's not coming back for a few years just based off of the timing of the previous collabs and I will be sad.

    Hello I was looking for advice about potential teams.

    (I also have two grandis yuri medals)

    I currently have a Yugi and Kaiba team but I do not think they are optimal I use Bakura/DM/Reignlif/Fortress Dragon and then pair with Nelle for yugi and just have random subs with rows for kaiba it's more of a farming team.

    I've cleared: a5 aa2 and colo1 looking to clear more alt arenas and shura realm but mostly shura.

    My Questions:

    Other potential leaders in box?

    Improvements to current teams?

    Cards to work on?

    Should I trade for yomi? I was thinking that could be a good choice but I'm hesitant because I'm not positive she will allow me to clear more content immediately and I don't have norza only yuri. My team would look like blodin/lampeid/flex(gintama/Aizen)/yuri. Can that clear shura? Do I even need that?

    I dont know what youd want for them but i can look thru my box for anything specific. Haven't beaten shura or alt arena yet mind you. Need the poison surge for arena 5 and gem for sr isis.
