    [PSA] Do Not Update to iOS 15 and Android 12 until PAD Announces Support for them

    JP announcement here, but it should apply to every server. JP was pretty quick about Android 11 last year, but it took NA quite a while to figure things out and I remember posts where people said they couldn't play because Android 11 wasn't supported at the time.

    Hyperion FanFiction Contest #1:

    Fan Fiction Theme #1: Dimension of the Mystic (MD1)

    In celebration of the release of Dimension of the Mystic, Hyperion is hosting a fan fiction contest for the entire PAD community!

    Have you ever wanted to wax poetic about Albrecht's piercing stare? Or write an ode to the cuteness that is Pati? Or perhaps you're more into Sitri's toes? Well, if you've ever felt the urge to put pen to paper in admiration of our favorite Gacha game, now's your chance--and if it's evocative enough, you could win some cash!

    Prizes:

    • Grand Prize:
      • Best Submission will receive a 3D printed Tamadra (a huge thank you to CopyRiteTM!) and a $10 gift card for the platform of their choice.
    • Runner-Up:
      • A runner-up will be selected from the remaining entries to receive a $10 gift card, but with a twist: the "cringiest" fanfic will take home this prize.

    Rules:

    • Submissions must be related to the theme of the dungeon.
    • Original content only! Do not submit the work of others.
    • Any genre is fine. A short story, a chapter, a poem--totally up to you!
    • There is no word minimum or maximum, although if you submit a whole novel we may be both horrified and deeply impressed by your efforts.
    • Feel free to force our judges to read your NSFW entries (LOL).
      • However, please note that the winners will be selected from SFW entries because we want to post them on our website (with author's permission of course).

    Judging:

    • Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges made up of community members in the Hyperion Discord.
    • Entries will be blind. This means that after your submission has been received and catalogued, any identifying information (like your Reddit handle) will be removed before the entries are passed on to the judges. This makes the judging fair and impartial.

    Submission Instructions:

    • Submit by uploading your fan-fiction to Pastebin or Google Docs and sending a link to u/WetTheSystem here on Reddit. Alternatively, you can message him the link on Discord at WetTheSystem#0289.

    Deadline:

    • Submissions close on October 1st, 2021 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time. That gives you about two weeks!

    A big thank you again to CopyRiteTM for donating a 3D printed Tamadra, as well as to WetTheSystem for fielding submissions and donating the gift cards.

    How do I get credit for “Boss detested in room match” achievements? I defeated Hera with the Bastet team twice and I am still at 0 for that.

    I love it. Super fast matchmaking. A few preconstructed team options. Getting to see so many OG icons. Haven't placed in 1st yet, but this is the multiplayer I was looking for. Well done Gungho! This game mode is fun.

    If you're daunted by the thought of playing "versus" others still give 8-player mode a try! I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoy it in spite of my preference for PvE.

    What are some of the rarest Icons you've seen in 8p multiplayer mode? I've been using chibi rebel seraph lucifer for mine, but I'm wondering what the rarest icon might be, like old collabs of CoC, Angry Birds, and the OG Batman.

    Honestly I really like the way they did it. I'm interested to see if they would expand it possibly in the future. For example, one idea could be to choose from a set of monsters, like 10 or something, and create a team out of them. This way, people can play whatever style they like, ex. rainbow, or combos, while being able to experience different monsters. It could even go with collabs when they're active. I would love to see GungHo put in more new stuff for multiplayer, but hopefully the player numbers will encourage that.
