    Hello and welcome to our 26th changelog! Sorry for the short break, I was really busy with work so I didn't do a changelog two weeks ago. I know this was even more disappointing than NA (almost certainly) not getting Marvel. But we're now going to make up for BOTH of these things because here's what we've been doing the past month, including a special surprise at the end!!

    Patrons can now get JP News Translated in your server!

    By popular request, if you pledge to either our Patreon or Reni's Patreon at the $5/month level or more, we will add a mirror of the #jp_news_translated channel to the server of your choice if you want us to!

    Notes / anticipated FAQ:

    • You will have to temporarily invite us (probably Aradia) to the server to set it up, however we don't need any special permissions inside the server
    • If you want us to add a mirror to more than one server, you can subscribe at a multiple of $5/month or subscribe to both of us, etc
    • The mirror will technically stay active forever so we're doing this on the honor system, please tell us if/when you unsubscribe, every couple months we might compare against people who have the role in the server & what servers we've added the mirror to
    • Yes, this is also available via Twobaki. No, you don't have to pledge "extra" to get both Twobaki and a mirror. What is Twobaki?
    • Why is this donor limited? (a) it's a lot of extra manual work per server for us to maintain the mirrors, (b) It's a feature we're worried about being too resource-intensive on our server if we let it be totally ungated, and (c) Similar to Twobaki, this is a feature we weren't planning to support at all, but someone asked to pay us to do this & that sounded reasonable, so we said yes.

    ID Improvements

    • Sell gold is now shown in ^otherinfo
    • We're now displaying the text "JP Added" instead of "History" for the "added" date.....however, this is slightly misleading, as for e.g. the Voltron cards this is actually the NA-added date. So we're going to have to fix this in a few cases, however "history" was a pretty confusing name.
    • Single quotes now work for exact matching in queries, in addition to double quotes - try ^id 'aqualily' vs ^id aqualily
    • In transforms that are 7x6, you can now see that the base is 7x6 in the leader skill! Try ^id fasca

    Buttoninfo Improvements

    Well...there's a lot.

    • Buttoninfo is now an embed! You can close it when you're done!
    • We are now showing both 110 and 120 stats (we added 120)
    • Team & card buttons are split out for easier reading
    • Added Servant Assassin as an optional inherit (this is the first 200x card shown)
    • Removed the x from the multiplier text so you can copy-paste the number if you want to do math with it

    We have more changes planned, so stay tuned!

    Event pings improvements

    Check out the wiki for extra documentation on how to set up event pings!

    Other

    • When you set your time zone for ^remindme, there's now an option to toggle it private. This was a user request from several months ago that we'd been leaving open as a "good first issue," and Moo did it for us last week! Moo also did a bunch of the AEP & AED patches mentioned above! Thanks Moo!

    Dungeon Cog

    Last but not least, our special surprise! We have an early alpha of a new dungeon lookup cog contributed by Loopdeer! Check out ^dgid shura3 - you can scroll through the floors of a dungeon and see their skills, etc.

    Here's a list of available dungeons currently - currently search does NOT work, so these are the ONLY dungeons available (like I said this is a pretty early alpha still). Let us know what you think about the UX of the menu, is this something you find useful, something you'd like to use instead of Skyo, etc? What can we improve?

    Most importantly: How would you like to look up/discover dungeons with this cog? Search them by name? By what drops in them (kinda like how ^ids works)? Would you rather everything is just enumerated with specific nicknames in a sheet that we publish in a google drive somewhere?

    Keep in mind this has to support popular arenas but also new contents like collab dungeons, etc. What would you use this tool for vs Skyo vs "not bother to look it up and do it blind" vs some other tool?

    Getting user feedback at this point is super critical for us to be able to build a good interface so please, please, please let us know what you think!! You can reply here or discuss in the general_chat on the Tsubaki server or make an issue on our Github or whatever you want to give us your opinion! (Even if that opinion is "tbh this is cool but I think Discord sucks too much as a UI and I would never use it," that's valuable to hear too.) Let us know!!! ♥

    Trying to budget my trades here.. What kind of play is the last JP run of Gungho collab getting?

I'm not really sure though if she has a place on the optimal team next to susanno (in perticular his shield is so important) who already offfers blind resistance.

    Then there is Ceressa looked like a dope royal oak sub. But her coloring is all wrong. She is dark blue the same as royal :(

    Zues has some pretty long CD's I feel for what he offers. However his 4 Toki/grape awokes mixed with a nice equip, 1 sb and 4 light rows. I think hes a good pick up

    Rudra is very interesting with 4 toki's also, but her downfall perhaps is not unbinable unless via SA. But she does have the 10c, so she is packing a punch more then x mas Grem. Her other form has a whopping 5 cross heals. And her equip is cross heal meta with 1 cross and 2 team HP's AND a viod damage 2 turns. I don't know how much use she would get though.

    Belial herself is very interesting too. And her equip offers a cloud and an FUA. I'm sold on that in and of itself. Think of how we paid out the butt for B planar equip for a fua and an unlock. She is an orb skin, so I will just grab/buy her.

    Wondering what you guys know about these cards.

    Also SO629c-Ballista jumped out at me. But I don't think I really want to "roll" in this event. Was probably just going to trade

    Stuck and not sure how to continue

    I'm currently stuck and am not making any progress and I'm not sure what I should be aiming for. There are the big milestones like Arena, Shura, etc. but I can't seem to beat them. I beat Arena 2 (i think? Bipolar Goddess 1 & 2 are beaten) but that was a while ago and I can't seem to beat any of the new descended dungeons or later technicals (currently on Legendary Sea of Stars).

    I'm trying to find a "mini-milestone" in between that could help me but I have no idea what this would be. Also I don't know what team to build since I've tried using a bunch of different teams. I'm currently trying to build a Ferule team but I'm missing a second Ferule and I have none of the other good subs.

    I feel like a lot of the time I'm waiting to get lucky with rolls in order to progress - that's how it is with gacha games - but I also think I could definitely build a stronger team, I just don't know how.. I think my MB is very leader-top-heavy and/or I don't know how to utilize subs properly. Leads I've been cycling through: Klaus, D. Ideal, Super Rein. RaDra, Heavenly Karin, Grigory (occasionally on medium/easy dungeons cause I get bitchslapped due to terrible subs)

    I would love to hear advice and your thoughts, thanks!!
