If i put stat raising latents on an equip and then equip it on an on color card, will the card get that little bit of extra boosted stats from the latents?

I played for a long time but took a break a few years ago. I want to say it was around the time D. Athena was all the rage. I'd like to start playing again but I have no idea where to start again since I'm sure any team I ran has power creeped.

Here is my current box, I've just been playing the story missions until I can get things figured out again. Anything here I can break into the new meta with?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I need a hera dragon to evolve eris for my Ceres, but I have no idea where to get it. Cant find hera dragon descended anywhere, it's not on paypass and the only other place I can find that drops it is a3 but it's not 100%. Anyone know of where it's possible to obtain one that won't take forever??

I pulled her today after failing to get past Spica on Shura 1 (farthest I've ever gotten btw). I guess it was a consolation prize from PAD? The orb skin is cute.

What kind of uses does she have or who does she pair up with well? I know she's got an FUA and would probably do well for redxpurple teams.
