I'm trying to make teams to tackle AA4 and Shura dungeons. Hardest dungeon I have cleared with no stone is A6 and Revo Rushana

I mainly main Rainbow teams, such as Dyer, Mega Raijin and now Story Haku/Karin & Zinogre. But have been lucky with my rolls lately and gotten some current Meta leaders. So looking for help with some basic team temples to tackle current endgame content

So I'm trying to find some info about the stat ++ latents available in the monster exchange. Does anyone know what % the stat increases are? Pad protic has the + latents as 4.5/3/30% hp/atk/rcv, but I can't find the info for the ++ latents anywhere. Thanks in advance
