    i started this game yesterday since i heard a monogatari collab is coming and i love it enough to pick up a new game. i started got like 5 million free summons from mail and have a ton of 9stars (could be 8) and after 1 battle i went from rank 27 to rank 217. is there anything i can do to prepare for a collab like that. and there's a lot of awakening and extra stats that aren't well explained so if you could help with that that would also be nice. are there any stages i should be doing, simple tips i should know? good leaders or skills ? i watched some videos and read some guides but they're all pretty outdated. Ive played naruto blazing which kind of resembles this games character menu so if something is comparable as to make it easier to understand that could also help. i don't see a question thread so i'm sorry if a question shouldn't be here i'll gladly remove it thx.

    TLDR: i'm here for a "monogatari collab"i'm a new player and idk what stages i should be doing.

    I didn't write a changelog last week, so this week is extra long, hooray! I also post bite-sized updates on our server in #bot-announcements pretty frequently, so join our Discord if you haven't!

    And, if you aren't subscribing to our Patreon, now is a great time to, with New Years & Valentines seasonals going on - so support PAD community resources instead of shitty REMs! I've also started posting funny/cute screenshots of our development process there, as an added bonus for anyone who subscribes.

    Onto the changelog!!

    id3 launch

    We launched ^id3!!! You can find documentation on our id3 user guide. We've also made some improvements:

    • The new modifier returns the newest evolution of a card, even if it's still only in JP. We'd like your opinion on this though: Please take this one-question survey on the behavior of id for new evos that are temporarily JP-only!
    • We split out the gfe series into individual smaller series! So you can now do queries like ^id g great witch i to get Zela, or ^id d spring fest exchange to get Hera Luna.
    • The debugging function ^idtraceback is now a pretty embed! Check it out if you're trying to figure out how/why your queries work (or not)!

    Relaunched commands

    ^collabscroll is approx 1000x cooler than it was before:

    Evolist has also been rewritten to use the same format, but there's no up/down scroll, because no monster has over 11 evos (yet...looking at you Ney/Cotton....)

    Other

    • We super loved how ^tfinfo looked, and we wanted to have this info available always, so we added it to the normal id screen! But rather than have tfinfo go to waste, we expanded this command, and it now shows the full text of the AS and LS of both versions. Again, thanks Turtle for this contribution!
    • In a ^mats screen, if the card has no evos or skillups or anything, and DOES have an evo gem, we semi treat it like an evo gem, showing up to 10 things its gem is used for and hiding the skillups/mats sections. This is stuff like Numens, Radardras, Qilindra & Co, etc - cards that are "a single evo and basically just for their gems."
    • If you click a disallowed emoji using ^idset scroll number mode, or one of the two-screen menus described above, you get a no-entry sign emoji telling you "this isn't allowed!" (previously it would just crash)

    Non-PAD

    • When doing ^timeto you can now do the time zone in any order! It used to have to be ^timeto JST 21:00 but now you can also do ^timeto 21:00 JST! Hopefully this helps you not put invalid input a lot!!
    • For devs - you can do ^unicodename to get the name of an emoji or other unicode glyph - this is super useful when developing Discord bots (such as Tsubaki)! Here's an example usage.

    Ok sorry for it being so long this week! We'll try and keep these to weekly while we're developing at this velocity in the near future, hopefully you stuck with us!

    I still haven't used my free week trial. I think I heard that if I use it on the 27th, I should get 10 SGF pulls, plus two extra 6 star medals, is that true? Also, I haven't chosen my free GFE medal yet, would I get a second one? Alternatively, I was thinking of waiting until we hopefully get our choice of a free witch to try to get 2. Any advice is appreciated!

    Pad pass start date and bonus 6 star GFE token

    Can someone explain the double attribute orb awakening (or whatever we are calling it)?

    The game is so bad at explaining things. So I know that getting 2 color matches of the right color triggers it. I think it is a 1.5x boost. I am not sure if that 1.5x boost is a team booster or an individual one. I also don't know if it acts like a prong or 7c for the equation. Does anyone want to help me really understand it?

    Loki assist

    So I've been looking at the marvel collab and Loki second assist is really special. The skill turns the card into a dark type. Does this mean that non dark cards can be added to dark teams? It just seems like a good way to increase card diversity. What do y'all think? Thanks
