    With the arguably lackluster anniversary rewards (at least compared to the 300 stones last year), and the hinting at potential "other announcements to come", was anyone else a little surprised / disappointed yesterday that we didn't get maybe one big, surprise gift announced?

    Bro I got the damage absorb key pulled all the dragons and skilled up gorfeis maybe 3 times. I thought that was way more pointless grinding than even remotely necessary and my interest in the game simply turned off for a month.

    Not sure when the switch will flip back on tbh

    PSA: The KoF skill up dungeons are much harder than standard skill up dungeons

    They're still not actually difficult but if you bring a bunch of unawoken, unleveled things without concern for leader skills you'll probably die unlike the standard skill up dungeon where you can get away with that. Everything has over 7m HP in both 6* and 5* version and a few preempts to worry about.

    6*: Time debuff, cloud, spinner, >5 combo shield

    5*: Skill bind, blind, RCV debuff, delay

    Make sure you're prepared lest you spend 50 stam to learn this lesson like I did. Bright side, they both drop medals.

    PSA: NA's Anniversary this year is not worse than last year's. It's the same.

    I'm seeing a lot of posts complaining how this year's anniversary is worse than last year's anniversary. However, many are based on misremembering what we even got last year and somehow inflating it to some awesome event that we are missing out on this year. For proof, I went to Puzzle and Dragon's November announcements for last year and looked at the anniversary events, then went through all of November posts (there's only 48 November news posts so it wasn't hard to do) https://www.puzzleanddragons.us/blog/date/2019-11

    Daily gift dungeon from 10/28/2019-11/17/2019 gave a total of 21 magic stones. Similar to our current 8th anniversary event (https://www.puzzleanddragons.us/single-post/2020/10/30/Puzzle-Dragons-8th-Anniversary-Event) giving 1 daily magic stones for 30 days, so 30 stones total.

    We got 80 stones for our anniversary, and last year we got 77 stones for the anniversary (https://www.puzzleanddragons.us/single-post/2019/11/08/7th-Anniversary-Livestream-Summary)

    We get resets for our 8th anniversary, last year we got resets and the 700 rank machine for the anniversary (https://www.puzzleanddragons.us/single-post/2019/11/08/7th-Anniversary-Resets-Rank-700-Memorial-Egg-Machine)

    For those who felt we got 300 stones for the anniversary last year, we never got that. It was like ~300 stones over 3 months of November to January. 77 stones for anniversary, daily stones for 3 months (so ~90 stones), first time clear of Sonia Story for 100 stones, 50 murako stones in the new year, etc.

    Edit: On a relevant side note: NA only gets what JP server gets on a 1-3 month lag time. Whatever JP doesn't get, we don't get. Whatever JP gets, we get 80-90% of the time, 1-3 months later. Our anniversary stuff are usually just repackaged from events Japan already got a few months ago, or that they got in their February anniversary that got saved for our NA November anniversary. (Also, we pretty much got all of JP's February anniversary goodies in April)

    Relatively new player here with a few crystals and candy. I focused on building my starting team instead of farming up a significant amount of either martial set. Outside of collecting, is it worth holding on to these after each event ends or should I trade/feed it away?

    Where do they fit? Significant enough to trade for? I'm hearing good things about them but I'm not finding much use considering I'm using videal for most content. Also I'm hearing some key subs for demon Slayer collab is in KoF. Who are they? I don't wanna miss out. If someone can give insight on these cards or this collab even.

    [Tip] For the one other person using Menuit in KOF 3P the dialogue gets rid of your shield like Myne in A6/AA4 so you may randomly get killed
