    Teambuilding Guide 1.0 for GH Yomi and Norza - Includes Teams with Yuri

    Hi all,

    Here's the initial team building guide for GH Yomi and Norza. Many thanks to /u/zoopido, /u/acecorouna and /u/galacticbears for their previous posts in various threads. I credited them in this guide.

    I have built various teams to have full hazard resists, 17 or 18 SBs for easy turn 1 or turn 2 Norza transformation, multiple ways to counter attribute absorb, skill bind removal, shield active for certain teams, attack debuff removal, and more importantly, building a team with Yuri as a sub if you only have access to one Norza.

    TLDR on Why Yomi and Norza are the AA4 and AA6 "Smooth as Butter" Team

    The Yomi and Norza team with another Norza sub counters RCV and time debuffs, great tankiness, amazing RCV, full hazard resists, easy 8-9 combos per floor, awesome TE to aid PSI, easy stalling, built in cloud and L-unlock resist, unmatchable orb removal, and insane damage from Norza. One sub can be used for additional damage on top of Norza's. The other two subs are for utility which help smooth out the overall gameplay.

    As for damage, three blue orbs, a single row, or VDP is incredible across the team and blue/heart generation is never an issue. You can shield all five hits on floor 20 of AA4 to stall out the damage debuff if you weren't able to use an active to remove it (thanks /u/Zoopido and /u/acecorouna for confirmation).

    Your goal is to build a team with more than 99k hit points without a shield so you can tank the first hit from Kurone on floor 15 after you get Myne on floor 14. You can have less than 99k if you use a shield from Kintoki Sun Wong, for example.

    FAIR WARNING - DON'T CHASE THESE TEAMS IF YOU CAN'T BUILD IT - Why you shouldn't create a Yomi and Norza team

    Kudos to /u/userlife, the number one reason you shouldn't try and build these teams is they are whale heavy, both with subs and assists. Even more so if you want to use two Norzas. Don't go broke trying to chase the teams.

    Once we get the Samuari 3 upgrades/buff/assists and hopefully Devil May Cry (I'm no longer counting on Disney coming over), it will help make building teams a tad easier. However, this is an expensive team as it requires trading 5 GFEs for Yomi if you didn't roll her or spending lots of RL money to roll for Norza.

    The chase card of the REM as the base is pairing for upcoming Norza who is the safest AA4 clear. The pair has tons of movement time, damage and debuff counters but is slower to play due to active clause requirement.

    Note that you should trade for Yomi vs rolling for two Norza as the ideal setup is Yomi with leader swap talent so both Norza can have killers. Also you can use Yuri instead of Norza without too much sacrifice.

    To those who still think about rolling this collab, I'd say go for it or trade for at least 2 cards - Yomi and Raginleif. Yomi is one of the very few cards in NA that gives 500k autofua by just matching water and heart. If you didn't get Grigory or Yugi before, then this is your next best autofua.

    500k is big number, to 2 shots Aten and one shot latents in A6/AA4. Excellent active to clear no skyfall debuff. Her only fault is she has no SBR (be aware of this for those going for Norza). Also she's very susceptible to heart bind, so bring orb bind clear on the team. Truly AA4 capable. Get her definitely, no question about it.

    A sub that flys under the radar is Kintoki Sun Wong. If you use Kintoki's shield, you can tank the hit on floor 1 if your team has 17 SBs. But more importantly you can survive the hit from Kurone on floor 15 if you get Myne on floor 14. He also provides attribute debuff removal and 5 SBs.

    Sample Teams

    Note, these are only a few possible combinations. I provided sample 4 teams with Yomi, Norza, Yuri and 3 utility subs and 5 teams with Yomi, two Norzas and 3 utility subs. I am looking for feedback on how to improve (min/max) so please don't take these as set in stone.

    As noted, earlier, these teams allow for transformation on turn 1 or with a shield (heart/blue and/or Kintoki) to take 1 hit from Undine allowing you to then transform Norza. I built these teams for my playstyle based on JP players and how they tackle AA4, especially NAO. So most teams have multiple awoken unbind clears, using unmatchable orb removal twice and attribute absorb removal.

    Since I see a lot of questions about the event floating around, I'll try to answer a lot of common questions and thoughts I see EXCEPT FOR THE REM WHICH IS ALREADY COVERED HERE: https://www.reddit.com/r/PuzzleAndDragons/comments/gy4ryg/review_gh_collab/

    PEM:

    Most common question is regarding the PEM and what to keep/discard. I've never seen a use for any of the non-assists currently at this time. I never keep over 4 since I doubt I will ever need 4 at one time.

    Typhon: Currently one of the 5 equips that have super bonus attack with the others locked into seasonals/collabs. Very nice button and 2 turn haste so I would keep a couple.

    Helen: Decent equip giving some dmg and passive dmg, sees some ranking usage for the dmg and active is usable. Would keep like 2/3

    Heracles: Don't really see much use in this as it's awakenings are subpar and active is only 30% shield for two turns. Could have niche use if you needed 2 turns but the shield is not much. Would keep 1/2

    Hakuryu: Balanced killer is niche but I can see this being used as only 5 in total has balanced killer equip. Can also be niche button against fire spawns. Would keep 2/3

    Aphrodite: Unfortunately haven't seen any strong fire row leads and the 1 turn CD may not be desirable since it only locks fire and heart. Would keep 1/2

    Valkyrie: Budget skyfall override giving 40% jammer res which is nice overall. Pretty balanced equip overall and would keep 2

    Inaba: 20% poison and jammer is alright and fire res for kiri cheese but other than that seems pretty useless. Would keep 1 or 3 if you decide to use kiri cheese

    Shieldmaiden: Water res and wood res for cheesers and a 50% shield active for niche cases which I've used once. Depending on if you cheese, could use 1 or like 3

    Demeter: 20% blind and jammer res and heart skyfall and wood res is ok but there are definetely better options. Would keep 1/2

    Nymph: Enchanced wood and enhanced skyfall and autoheal seems pretty niche since this doesnt offer much utility. Would keep 1/2

    Guardian Diva: Light res/20% poison and blind with a niche active places more value on this over the other 20% res options. The 100% def break is niche. Would keep 2/3

    Eurydice: Unbindable+Awoken/Normal Bind clear makes this probably one of the better ones for how much utility it actually gives. Definitely worth keeping 3/4

    Regardless, you decide whether you want to keep more/less depending on the uses. The resists on some of them are nice if you don't have other options available.

    Exchanging (Different from trading):

    Honoka: Assist is nice +1 sec and dark res and SBR with shield and healing active but not really anything special, would only get if you have surplus medals

    SO: Same deal, used as only for farming/button occasionally but better options exist. If you have a surplus of medals and you would like to make a button team,.

    Flamme: Counterattakc niche uses, not very good if you've gotten her already

    Reeche: Still bad unless you need a 2 turn attribute absorb and dmg absorb active. You can't use her as an assist though

    Rhea: Nice to have if you don't have one from previous run already, not very good in dupes

    Onmyoji: Tape res for those who don't have one with a spike active. Pretty good and def worth exchanging for if you don't own one. Dupes kinda ueslesss

    Monster Point Store:

    Leo: Not worth 750k MP for a 40% blind res and rcv and spike. Could potentially see use but not worth taking up an assist slot for endgame dungeons imo.

    Kuroyuri: No buffs, no SA, 1 SB, 1.5 mil MP for system. I only see her on Zcore teams now so no rush into getting two.

    Other:

    Mastering: MASTERING BABY! WHO DOESN'T LIKE FAT CHUNKY BLOBS AND ALSO TANKY AS FUCK 10/10 NEW META OP OP. In all seriousness, if you have to time to grind for one, go ahead because it's nice to have but nothing usable. I will be grinding 5 on my main and 5 on my alt :)

    Durandalf: For mid-end game players who need a button, this is one of the better farmable ones except it takes a Diamond Dragon Fruit to evo into Plutus which is a really popular button choice. Would farm 5 and skill and evo them.

    Pys: One of the most popular and efficient ways of getting pys either 2-p Myth or dual veroah single player Int and farming tickets just for pys. Highly recommend mid-endgame players to do this if they have the time.

    Suggestions/Changes are welcome!

    PS: IMO the REM is trash due to how the rolling rate was technically nerfed and the 5* are back and most of them straight up suck.
