    Old descends quest without fixed team seems like a missed opportunity

    I've been playing since mid-2016, and don't know some of the struggles of the earliest descends.

    I know the game was very grindy and unfun at that time, but I'd still like to experience some 2/4/2 leads and low move time if only for one dungeon.

    What teams do you guys remember from back then?

    The oldest I can remember is running Hermes/ Norn Urd / Sumire / Isis / Sarasvasti / Sun Quan

    Mega Kamimusubi

    • Unbindable x2, SBR, VDP x2, 10c, TE, SB+, Guardbreak
      • SA: VDP, SB+, Devil Killer
    • AS: For 1 turn, ignore damage void shield. For 10 turns, all skyfall orbs are enhanced. (25)
    • LS: God type HP x2. ATK x15 and reduce damage taken at > 50% HP. +3 combo when matching 5 colors and heart.

    Mega Amenominakanushi

    • Unbindable+, SBR x2, Devil Killer x2, VDP x2, TE, SB
      • SA: Devil Killer, SB+, L unlock
    • AS: Recover 5 turns unmatchable effects and awoken binds. Randomly change top and bottom rows to Light and Water orbs. (8)
    • LS: Light HP/RCV x2. Water ATK x17. Deal 50000 follow up damage when matching 5 or more Light AND water at the same time.

    Mega Fujin

    • SBR, SB+ x2, TPA x3, Guardbreak, < 50%, FUA
      • SA: Unbindable+, Jammer Res+, < 50%
    • AS: For 2 turns, ignore damage absorb shield. For 10 turns, all skyfall orbs are locked. Refresh board. (20)
    • LS: [Cannot match 3 or less] All attribute all stats x2. Attacking with 4 colors (3+heart) ATK x14, reduce damage taken, +2 combo.

    Awakening change

    • SBs on all cards with two or more SBs are consolidated into SB+ to make space for a future update
    • >80% now activate at >50% (multiplier unchange)
    • FUA: extra connected heart orbs will still trigger FUA
    • SFUA: follow up damage is increased to 1mil, multiplier increased to 2.5x
    • Defense break will increase damage when matching 5 colors (multiplier not known yet)

    Multiplay

    • You can enter up to 80 characters of comment when creating a room for 3p
    • Finishing a run in 2p or 3p with anyone on your friend list will additionally award 500 Pal Points

    Dungeon

    • Increased monster EXP gain in solo (actual value not know). TA and TA2 unchanged.

    Box

    • RAINBOW MEDAL NOW STACKS
    • Increased maximum box space to 8000
    • You can now sort by Pantheons or Collab

    I got back into PAD a couple months ago, decided I should probably ask for some help

    Hey guys! As mentioned, I took a few year break from PAD and decided to come back. After a couple months, I decided I needed some help with team building. My monster box looks like this:

    I need Asuna. Do I try to get trade fodder in the Godfest or do I roll heavy in SAO?

    Out of all the cards I have, I only have one Ney to trade for Asuna. I'll probably buy the $20 6* pack for a chance at her. Then I have enough fodder to trade for Kiroto, to use and trade for Asuna. So am I statistically better off rolling in this Godfest or save it for Sword Art Online collab?

    She is needed for my Fasca team.

    Returned after a really long break, last time I was playing the game was when DMeta had just been added and everyone was using her. Below is a link to an album of everything that I currently have, I know I am over rank 600 and I'm looking for advice but there is so much new stuff in terms of the meta and I am a bit overwhelmed and would love a new powerful team to return with.

    I remember my team consisting of DMeta, Izanagi, Eir, Rushana and I&I, I have been trying to new content with this team but currently getting hammered. I heard on Discord that DMeta was no longer 'meta' hence why this help thread was created.

    Pad Legacy NIAP+ Challenge

    As others have noted, it seems only right to use historically appropriate teams on the Legacy Descends. This challenge is to do the Descends as a purist NIAP player would have done them at the time.

    That means no free rolls, no MP shop monsters, no freebies (Eugeo, BHunter, etc.). Rewards that come to your mailbox like Chuan are fine. But the real intention is using only monsters that could have dropped. So MA Myr is fine, likewise Opharion, Hera Nyx, DAngi, Gaslowe, etc.

    For masochists the highest tier of difficulty is clear each descend with that boss as your lead, so run Hera x Hera on Hera, Izanami x Izanami on Izanami. Some exceptions eg Hexazeon since it has no LS.

    Anyone in?

    So I tried to pull Dyer but alas it was not meant to be. So I was looking for some 7x6 leaders I could pair with him since a few of my friends got him.

    Academy Uruka seams like a good lead pairing, you got the 7x6 board, shield if you match all colors minus Lights which isnt that hard. She also has 3 SB with Super Woke.

    Along with the rest of the team, I have enough SB to get Dyer transform turn 1, multiple rainbow board actives.

    I have other subs I could use, but this is what I found in my box in and put together in about an hour.

    Looking for any input on subs or thoughts about the pairing. I really like rainbow teams, trying to make something fun, but also strong for higher content like AA3 and beyond.

    [PSA] All normal dungeons are having 8x exp now. So forget all your AA3, A6 and Colo2, and start ramming TA2 like theres no tomorrow.
