    [Review] SAO Collab REM

    SAO is back for a 2nd run! As usual this is based off my experience playing the cards in JP and referencing various JP youtubers. I like to think this as a practical guide rather than a comprehensive review - if it doesn't have practical purpose than I'm not going to comment. As usual here's my overall comments on the REM:

    • A top heavy REM that I'd recommend trading in for most people. If you're IAP then both the 6* bundle and orb skin bundles are quite worth it
    • Big thanks for protic as usual for card details and rates (https://pad.protic.site/sao-collab-2nd-run-details/) - this is for JP but should be similar

    Note that I don't play multiplayer so I can't comment on the usefulness of cards from that perspective.

    Here's my top picks as usual:

    6*

    Alice

    • The prize of the REM for many due to Evo pairing with Fasca. Note that auotFUA is not reliable, maybe 40% of the time. Remember that you can kill most things with just 1 light combo
    • Alice equip is one of light's best equips - gives 2 turn haste on top of removing RCV and damage reduction debuffs. Perfect for A6.

    Eugeo

    • Having two gives you a sort of Kuroyuri system but unfortunately there's a couple turns without healing - yet another thing to manage. Not recommended IMO
    • Base Eugeo is one of the few blue subs with full blind resist. Unfortunately he's not a dragon or attacker
    • Evo Eugeo is one of the hardest hitting blue VDP subs against devils

    Kirito

    • DD Kirito is a great 7x6 leader for rainbow teams - the built in boost active really helps with things like AA3 Yog. Also a great sub for that sweet sweet bypass damage void.
    • DB Kirito is a versatile sub for any dark team with triple 7c VDP or jammer resist
    • Decent TPA boost for your Grigory team, remember to not skill it

    Asuna

    • LB evo is amazing with 2 turn Fujin and full blind resist. Almost a staple on Alice Fasca teams
    • Equip is surprisingly good with both unbindability, poison resist and RCV debuff

    Leafa

    • Still one of the best green equips. Boost team and damage stick - perfect for your Zela/Jiraiya/SParvarti

    Yuuki

    • Great Fasca sub with up to 4SB and full blind res, especially good for Super-1 pairing
    • My most used card from the collab due to the equip. SB plus that sweet sweet RCV bonus

    5*

    Cardinal - If you have Bonta-kun then she's a great way to run AA3 for that sweet sweet rank EXP. Also a great balanced typing heal stick.

    Agil - 6SB equiv for Grigory teams. Keep in mind that the delay isn't as useful if you also run Duval.

    Silica - decent sub for Lampeid/Minaka pairing as the team tends to be quite squishy.

    [Discuss] Academy Valeria x Fasca pairing

    So almost immediately after Seeing Academy Valeria I thought " Would she pair well with Fasca

    [6109] orb_wood/orb_light Valeria Dragon / Attacker unbindable 5 SB 3 7c

    Active Skill: (10 max CD) For 3 turns, 2x orb move time and 2x RCV; Replace all orbs

    Leader Skill: 1.5x HP for Wood att.; 4x ATK & RCV for Light att.; 5x ATK and slightly reduce damage taken when matching 7+ combos

    Looking at the Wood Green subs I found lots of options

    The new Revo Academy Athena with Glasses is on type and color and has 4 SB, Athena Another has 5 SB with super woke and a haste

    So with just those 3 on the team you would have 14 with a haste ( 15 if you get Val super woke but I don't think you would need it TBH)

    So a team consisting of

    Acad Valeria ( 5 or 6 SB) / Athena Another ( 5 SB + Haste) / Revo Acad Athena ( 4 SB) / Odindra ( 2SB + Haste) / Bride Zela ( 1 SB ) / FL Fasca

    17(18) SB for turn 1 Fasca transform. With some Resist assist seams a pretty fun team with some good power of

    2.25 / 320 / 16 with a shield

    This was the team I was thinking about from my box, but would like to see what other subs y'all can find maybe some hidden gems

    I just rolled lamp and I have seen a lot of good things on here about him. I have taken pictures of my box updated to current. I saw someone previously say favorite everything worth over 1k MP so I did that and there were quite a few. Any recommendations on a good lamp team for me? Also, any recommendations on any monster I should make into an assist monster?
