    Tanjiro ASR1 Guide

    This post is largely a translation of the guide posted on Gamewith, based on a tweet by @ kirango121

    Here is a similar guide/team by the one and only Mantastic!

    Here is the team, which glides through this dungeon like a hot knife through butter.

    Recommended Team Setup

    The strat with this team is to use Tanjiro every turn to generate 4 fire orbs and a burst of 1.5x. When matching those 4 fire orbs, Tanjiro's LS will add 6 combos, and often just the single 4 match of fire will be enough to kill the floor. The gravities are used to one-shot the boss by knocking every menoa down to her wood sub att. The other equips are resists, or killers, or OE and can generally be swapped with similar equips.

    Walkthrough

    F1: If you have 11+ sb you can kill immediately. If you have 9-10, you want to stall 1-2 turns here. Use glavenus, then match a mass attack of fire orbs and 7c. Matching water will add 2 combos, just make sure not to match a mass attack of water, because the middle dude absorbs that.

    F2: Play Lucifer's game

    F3: Use Inahime -> Polone -> Nezuko -> Tanjiro x2. Don't forget to FUA here, and match 4 fires

    F4: Stall 1 turn. Tanjiro -> 4 fires

    F5: (Ruka) Tanjiro -> VDP or 2 sets of 4 fires + 2c or two shot using Tanjiro each turn

    F5: (Napoleon) Tanjiro -> L of fire + 2c

    F6: (Alcyone) Tanjiro -> 4 fires. Tanjiro -> 4 fires

    F6: (Denebola) Tanjiro -> 4 fires + 3match of dark or water. Polone -> Tanjiro -> 4 fires

    F7: Tanjiro -> 5 fires

    F8: Tanjiro -> VDP (can stall 1 turn to save fire orbs if needed)

    F9: Tanjiro -> fire L (if Kappa, VDP)

    F10: Tanjiro -> 4 fires

    F11: Tanjiro -> VDP (do it again if Spica)

    F12: Stall 2 turns if you want, then Polone -> Tanjiro -> VDP

    F13: (Caladbolg) Nezuko (or stall 5 turns for a.bind). Tanjiro -> 4 fires + FUA

    F13: (Misteltein) Tanjiro -> VDP + full combo. Tanjiro -> 4 fires and combo to kill

    F14: (Diamond) Use the delay on Nezuko. If it's not available, just stall out the swap. You can survive even if Polone is swapped to lead. Tanjiro -> VDP to kill

    F14: (Gold): Tanjiro -> VDP

    F15: Save fires. Tanjiro -> VDP + full combo (Save 3 heal orbs if possible)

    F16: Tanjiro -> 4 fires and 3 heals. Tanjiro -> 4 fires

    F17: (Pollux) Tanjiro -> 4 fires

    F17: (Castor) Tanjiro -> fire L

    F18: (Justice) Tanjiro -> VDP + full combo

    F18: (Crusader) Polone + Tanjiro -> 4 fires

    F19: Tanjiro -> VDP (or L and full combo) You can stall here if needed

    F20: (Xiang Mei) Tanjiro -> match hearts. Tanjiro -> VDP + 3 fires + 1c

    F20: (You Yu) Stall 5 turns -> Tanjiro -> VDP + full combo

    F20: (Xiu Min) Save fire. Tanjiro -> VDP +1c

    F20: (Xin Hua) Tanjiro -> VDP + full combo

    F21: Nezuko (delay) if it's up. You should stall here for the gravity equips. Tanjiro -> VDP + full combo should knock to ~20-25%. Tanjiro -> VDP again to kill.

    F22: Giga Gear + Diablos Equip + Tanjiro -> VDP

    So I was just curious because I did an ASR1 run before using a different Seina team that utilizes Nezuko and Tanjiro as subs...it felt weird. Gileon and Grandis just felt better. It felt way more consistent. Nezuko is amazing no doubt but Gremory having takoyaki awakenings makes the output feel better than Nezuko (I used both of them in the run but tested Nezuko instead of Gremory in endless before running it). I feel like with Seina x Seina already being a system itself, Tanjiro doesn't exactly need to be on the team. I think my next thing is going to be trying to make a little more of a consistent Shura2 team, not ASR2 because I despise that dungeon. So yeah, how are you guys utilizing these cards?

    How is exchanging determined? Using the current event as an example, will the 8*s in this event be tradable in other events or only within this event? What about GFEs? Are there any hard and fast rules for how this works?? Are there any at least general ideas of how it works?

    Im sorry if this is the wrong area to put this in. So I've been playing PAD for a few years now and I'm okay at the game but I know Im not maximizing my teams and account.     Improving Content Creator Discoverability With Some Shoutouts!

    A long while back, I made a post for content creator appreciation despite not knowing that many creators, as I only really followed Mantastic. Looking through the responses, I saw a few names that may have been well-known to you all but relatively unknown to me, such as YouTube Creators u/sgt502 and u/BiraPAD and some content creator teams such as the Protic Team (led by u/Protic) and the Tsubaki Bot Team (which has its own account, u/TsubakiBot). Though my favorite guy is still Mantastic, I have to say that it's been quite the pleasure to consume a much wider variety of content from a much wider pool of content creators.

    However, I'm sure there are even more amazing people out there, and I wanted to create a place where appreciative consumers (like myself) can shout out some lesser known creators (and the well-known ones too). Though we might not be the biggest gaming community, I don't see any reason why we can't grow, and the creators that are spearheading this growth deserve to be recognized.

    So here's my shoutout to the biggest guy on the block. Thank you again, u/MantasticPAD, for all you have done for this game and its community. I definitely would have quit this game a while back if it wasn't for you. Cheers!
