    tl;dr: No, except for Over Soul. But, if you're looking for an excuse to do some farming or are extremely susceptible to FOMO, here are some potential use cases for each.*

    Matamune: only two actives in the game are both suicide and laser (the other is Gungho Collab Urd, who makes different colors), and he comes with a tape resist. In addition, dark has a number of solid and accessible <50 leads; rLuBu in particular stands out for his very high, very easy multiplier.

    Could he be useful in some future low-combo ranking dungeon to save an active or provide an additional suicide to improve consistency? Maybe, although a 3-part active isn't great for rankings, and you tend to want to use buttons for high-combo strategies to make up for the point penalty.

    Likelihood you'll regret not getting one: 1/5

    Silva: 3 TEs used to be something, but it's pretty ho-hum now as TE sticks go. As for the active, there are a dozen or more second-from-the-top row makers, and four with CDs as short as Silva. If you're really trying to find a reason to farm one, the best argument I could make would be something like:

    • For farming purposes, you can use a full-board change + row maker to easily make a VDP
    • It's easier to make a VDP with a second-from-the-top row than a top or bottom row
    • Wood is a particularly nice row maker since you can use it with Kaede to guarantee full activation, as Kaede doesn't require your VDP to be wood
    • Cammy is another second-from-top wood maker, but her CD is much longer and doesn't have a haste

    So...yeah, really really specific niche and luxury use (Alnair is almost as good, for folks that started when it was still in the REM).

    Likelihood you'll regret not getting one: 0/5

    Hana Asakura: The only full unmatchable clear + rainbow board change in NA, although DKali is almost as good and likely better in most situations. Guard break and pretty good offense, with 7c, solid killer SAs, and balanced typing. Most likely to be useful in a fixed-lead rainbow ranking dungeon. If they ever make one of those with an unmatchable pre-emptive, he becomes pretty great, although not indispensable -- something like Artura is slower, but also preserves the board so you have more time to solve.

    That said, a fixed rainbow lead ranking with a preemptive unmatchable (especially one longer than 5 turns, so you can't just use DKali) seems like pretty weird game design. I wouldn't hold my breath.

    Edit: Derp! Don't know how I forgot Over Soul...I think it wasn't an exchange monster in the first run? Thanks to u/sl94t and u/MakeShifthuman for pointing that out.

    Over Soul: One of the best buttons in the game, especially for players who don't have a full complement of Alastairs, since you're not restricted to wood/dark. Capable of reaching 6-7m damage against dark enemies in specialized builds.

    That said, if you're not into buttoning things, there's not much of a reason to get one, and buttoning is by definition a luxury (although, speaking as a NIAP player, still a pretty nice one that can improve QoL by a fair amount).

    Likelihood you'll regret not getting one: 2/5 (but you should get one anyway, just in case you ever want to put together a button team).

    Reincarnated Yoh Teambuilding

    I have several questions regarding the new Yoh evolution:

    1. What leads do people pair him with? Any leads with built-in FUA that he synergies with?
    2. Follow-up to 1: What are the strategies people use with said leads? Is using the super FUA (3x3) a viable tactic for consistently taking down resolve spawns?
    3. For subs, should I focus on VDP, 7c or rows?

    Subs for an Anna/Aljae team for AA4

    Just rolled an Anna from shaman king and was wondering how consistent it could be at clearing AA4? I'm not super familiar with playing rainbow teams on 6x5, so im curious how necessary rainbow board changers are? Or if it's more valuable to just bring utility (blind resist, cloud etc) and damage sticks
