    PSA Whale Team – Nakoruru from Samurai Shodown and Raoh from Fist of the North Star - Skill Charge VDP System

    Hi all,

    Wanted to share a fun but EXPENSIVE team since we now have SS and FotNS is coming on Monday. It stars Evo Nakoruru and UEVO Raoh.

    This is a whale build but pretty awesome for AA3. Some may even call it a meme team. I prefer "skill charge VDP system" 😉. Will be a fun build to experiment with.

    Highlights

    • It's a 7x6 VDP focus team with anti-FUA leader
    • Decent TEs (for those like me with PSI)
    • Good amount HPs
    • Raoh counters all jammers and poisons
    • Raoh is your anti-FUA
    • Only need 100% blind resist
    • Has cloud and tape resist
    • Has L-unlock
    • Can still do great row damage when needed
    • Has one Kuroyuri for healing
    • 100% red orb OE drop rate
    • 7x6 board to counter combo shields

    Lowlights

    • Expensive, I mean seriously expensive
    • No shield
    • Need one Kuroyuri (750k MP)
    • Need to spend lots of RL money for 3 or 4 Raoh (3 if you have already have one Raoh now or 4 if you don't have Nakoruru)
    • Or, need to trade lots of GFEs for Raoh
    • No killer latents as you need SDRs
    • Need 6 SDRs for each Raoh and Nakoruru
    • Need 5 SDRs and 1 dark resist latent for Kuroyuri

    For NA, we don't have #5365 (3 blinds and L-unlock) or #5656 (2 blind and cloud resist) so I built two teams with what NA has.

    NA Team 1

    • Need to have Hahakuru assist #5591 from Samurai Shodown
      • This gives L-unlock and two blind resists
    • I will use Noctis's Crystal as it also has 80% damage skill boost
      • This gives cloud resist
      • Can use any cloud resist assist you have

    NA Team 2

    • If you have Roy Mustang's Gloves #4842 they are awesome (sadly I don't)
      • This gives cloud resist and L-unlock
    • Using Roy Mustang's Gloves allows you to use any other 2+ blind resist on Raoh
      • I chose another Akanator Mutilator #5192 as it gives an Attack and 5% HP skill boost
      • Recommend any other 2+ blind resist that does not have a bomb/jammer/poison resist awoken skill

    first image: my zkitty doesn't have sfua, zelas and friend zk do so their damage is doubled.
    second image: skuld survives 2.5+ billion vdp damage and a sfua somehow??
    third image: proof that she survived the previous turn and healed back to 50.

    anyone have any idea what happened?

    [Question] does vdp and 7c stack?

    do i trust the numbers I see on the screen and assume that that amount is bypassing the enemy? Or is the damage less than what I see?

    Also, do killers stack with vdp? Thanks.

    Edit: against monsters that require vdp to kill

    Christmas Saline?

    We have Bride Zela, Beach Veroah, Halloween Madoo, and multiple types of Reeche. We surprisingly don't have another Saline though.

    I believe that Gung Ho will be coming out with a new Saline (subbed Great Witch of the Holy Night, Saline by me), for Christmas as a possible chase card. What do you guys think about this speculation, and what would you want to see it do?
